Knee lengh coral coloured silk pleated pencil dress with a rose and bow detail on the high neck, a pleated panel at the front of the dress, long sleeves and a zip fastening at the back. It is by Stella McCartney.
I like the colour of this dress but it looks very fussy with too much detailing for that type of fabric.
1- Kate wore it on 13th June 2011 to attend Prince Philip’s 90th birthday meal, held at the three Michelin-starred restaurant The Waterside Inn, at Bray, Berkshire.
The Wessex dress from the Hobbs spring/summer 2012 collection has a subtle grey checked pattern with a classic silhouette. It has a modified boat neck, short sleeves, fitted waist and full skirt and a concealed back zipper. It is made from linen.
This is a pretty, fresh and fun dress.
1- The Duchess of Cambridge wore this dress on 26th July 2012 to visit Bacon’s College in London to launch the Coach Core programme for the sports charity Greenhouse.
2- The dress was worn again on 22nd April 2014 at Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park in Australia.
