The happy honeymooners meet the press by the River Dee, near Balmoral on 19th August 1981, for a special photo-call. The Princess wore a brown and white tweed suit by Bill Pashley and Chelsea Cobbler soft cream leather pump with bare legs. A white blouse with a mandarin neckline is worn underneath.
As the newly wed couple arrive in Gilbraltar on 1st August 1981 to embark on Britannia for a honeymoon cruise, the Princess looks fresh in a romantic, floral-printed, faconne/crepe-de-chine white jacket and skirt designed by Donald Campbell. The short jacket ties simply at the front and underneath was a contrasting cornflower blue silk camisole top.
