Duchess Kate: blush pink silk dress by Alexander McQueen

Bespoke blush pink, ankle-length silk dress featuring a deep vee-neck and billowing sleeves which are cuffed with three self-covered buttons, pleats at the front and back of the skirt. By Alexander McQueen.

I don’t find the style of this dress very attractive, it is way too fussy. I like the colour and the fabric though.

1- The Duchess wore this bespoke piece for the wedding of her sister Pippa in Berkshire on 20th May 2017.

Duchess Kate: kimono-style pink dress featuring an orchid pattern by Jenny Packham

This is a beautiful dress but a bit aging for Kate.

1- The Duchess wore it on 11th September 2012 at the National Orchid Garden in the Singapore Botanic Gardens, Singapore.

Duchess Kate: pale pink wool coat by Alexander McQueen

Lightweight wool crepe pale pink coat with a wide collar, side darting, three-quarter sleeves and oversized pearl buttons. It is by Alexander McQueen.

I love this colour on Kate and I love the buttons of that coat and the simplicity of the cut but I don’t think the collar is very flattering for the Duchess.

1- The Duchess of Cambridge wore this coat on 15th June 2013 during the Trooping the Colours ceremony in London.
