Sharply tailored wool blend cobalt blue “Emile” coat. It features a bold, stand-up collar, a single button fastening and two front pockets, this sharply-cut staple is neatly panelled to flatter the figure. It is by Reiss.
This is a nice enough coat and it is a vibrant colour, but it lacks originality to my taste.
1- The Duchess of Cambridge wore it on 18th September 2015 to attend the England v Fiji Group A Rugby World Cup 2015 match in London.
This is the “Shola” cap sleeves figure hugging camel dress with a box neckline, asymmetric overlays on the skirt, a band around the waist and a concealed zip at the back. 57% viscose, 41% modal, 2% elastane. It is by Reiss.
I find this dress very pretty even though it lacks the quality of cutting and material of high fashion brands.
1- The Duchess of Cambridge wore it on 24th May 2011 to meet Barack and Michelle Obama in the grand 1844 room of Buckingham Palace, London.
Peacock dress with mesh and cording embroidery at the top, a wide round neck, fastens with a concealed zip at the back cinches in at the waist and a wispy, softly pleated chiffon skirt. It is by Reiss.
“Nessie” basket tweed cotton jacket, front button fastening with anchor embossed buttons, four front patch pockets with grosgrain trim and long sleeves with button detail to cuffs, 100% cotton. By Joseph. (Navy version in the picture).
I like both items but I wouldn’t have put them together as we cannot see the beautiful embroidery at the top of the dress. I love chiffon dresses especially white ones.
1- Kate wore this combination of clothes on 4th June 2011 at the Epsom Derby.
