White silk midi-length cocktail dress with architectural black detailing. The sleeveless dress features black-edge pleats on the bottom part of the dress, delicate leaf black embellishment at the waist and a deep v-neckline. By Polish designers, Gosia Baczynska.
This is a daring choice for the Duchess, I like the embellisment at the waist and the black detailing on the skirt and the fabric. I don’t like the conic effect at the breast.

White wool and silk-blend twill peplum coat. It features a V neckline, concealed button fastenings through double-breasted front, three-quarter sleeves and it kicks out at the waist into a rippling peplum that softly folds at the back. By Alexander McQueen.
The version worn by Kate doesn’t have the rippling peplum at the back and seems to be white and not ivory like the original coat on these pictures. It is a beautiful coat, very elegant and very nicely tailored.
